Faster Feet: Drills to enhance footwork

1. Load and Lunge: This weight-transfer drill will help you hit with big power in instances when you’re forced to hit on the run.
 
2. Lower-Body Positioning: To prevent injury and load up more power for your ground strokes, keep your lower body facing toward the net.
 
3. Hover The Line: Keep your head still when changing direction to minimize extra steps, especially when forced out wide.
